Santas replace reindeer for rollercoasters
A group of people dressed in Father Christmas costumes took to the new Manta rollercoaster at Sea World Orlando. The Manta ride is due to open at Sea World Orlando next summer. The ride, based on Manta Rays - a type of deep sea fish - will reach speeds of 60mph whilst skimming the water and performing dives over rock formations.

Olympic cycle champ Geraint Thomas received an MBE from the Prince of Wales for services to sport at Buckingham Palace. Thomas, 23, was part of Britain's stunning pursuit team - alongside Bradley Wiggins, Ed Clancy and Paul Manning - who smashed the world record twice on the way to winning gold at the Beijing Games.
