Forgot how it went--spent the better part of yesterday afternoon looking thru my old sheet music (acutally from a Jan 2003 "Total Guitar" magazine). ..A first--got my electric guitar out--1978 Gibson Les Paul Custom with a MAPLE neck (all the Gibson's I've seen have a Rosewood neck)--have yet to see another one like it (limited one year production--not a very good seller for Gibson because it is a very heavy guitar) Also have my early 1970's Fender Twin Reverb Amp with TUBES (no solid state electronics yet). Merry Christmas! Mixing it up---"God Rest Ye Merry Gentleman" (traditional) with some Spanish "flair"stuff--Some Noad ("Spanish Study) with some"Asturias" . Why not --sounded good to me--I like combining different pieces to see what happens, plus it gets me to play 2 songs in "one". Hope you like.
