It's about 3 months before surgery and I've decided to work out, not drink soda every day, and start taking a multi vitamin/multi mineral. The workout: 100 Jumping jacks 20 push ups 20 sit ups 20 leg lifts 15 pec flyes 15 chest presses 15 shoulder presses 15 lateral raises 15 front raises 15 hammer curls 15 tricep kickbacks I do this set twice then more pec flyes until I can't do them anymore.
