Up to 30 workers from Nylex who are set to be made redundant as the company goes through receivership have protested outside an ANZ city office. They are claiming their right to their entitlements including unpaid leave due, and protesting the bank's moves to take first dip in what is left over of the company when it is wound up.

Workers from the CEPU Communication Worker's Union on Friday protested outside the surgery of one of the doctors they say is aiding and abetting Aus Post managers in putting injured workers back to work before they are ready. The Union accuse the Aus Post managers of trying to artificially deflate the injury statistics - and in doing so earn themselves nice bonuses for 'performance.'
