Turning high speed video into real-time speed works pretty well, and the results are much smoother than taking a real-time video and tweaking it in a video editing program to slow it down. Since most of our high speed is filmed at 600 fr/sec., (20x slower than real time) to turn it back to 1x speed requires several separate renderings.
