Exclusive New York - Vintage Bus for Holiday Season 42nd St.
Short film of 1958 Bus on 42nd Street, December 11, 2009 (on a cold day, 25 degrees F), travelling from Grand Central (Eastside) to 8th Avenue (Westside). The major points of interest are Grand Central, Times Square, and the vintage bus itself. I have a great deal more footage, but I wanted to get this out, soon. I supplied the music from an old score I wrote in the 1980s. Happy Holidays. second film eastbound is in the hopper.

The first saying is a direct quotation from the Gospel According to John, in the Greek. "Logos" of course can mean a lot more than "word." The alternative definitions are especially enlightening. Sylvester's Hair - A Jungian Perspective
Well, it's not very Jungian. And there isn't too much in the way of hair. But there is a rather pleasant soundtrack: JS Bach Fugue in d minor, from the Well-Tempered Clavier II. Recorded on a Canon Powershot A460 camera. That's considered a relic, by now. Things were very easy in the beginning.

Scenes of New York, Hudson Valley, Ossining, Croton, Teatown. The music is first my own, and then short excerpts of music by Florent Schmitt, who lived from 1870-1958). I had a portable CD player with me in 1996, and I held the camera while I drove the car. That's how we did it in 1996.
