It's rough being the last speaker to give a speech on the same topic. Everything's already been said. Trying to drum up excitement after five solid hours of speeches is difficult. Also, the March wound down with a contestant singing her winning original song produced just for this event. Vince and I meet Lt. Dan Choi. This guy is friendly and has a strong handshake. His speech appears in an earlier video in this series. His story is compelling, and is inspirational.

Most people, like myself, believe that Obama is dragging his feet, or is unwilling to follow through with his promises he made while running for President. My guess is that if he lets us down, he'll be a single term President, and the Democrat Party will suffer for his inaction in the upcoming mid term elections....

Why has Obama failed to deliver on his campaign promises to end "Don't Ask, Don't Tell"? What in the hell is he waiting for? We deserve better than this. Did he just like us for our votes? Mid-term elections are coming up. It's time he made a good face for the Democrat party, or he risks losing our votes. We are tired of waiting for his "right moment". Get to work, Mr. President. I've pressured my Congressman and two US Senators. I'm looking for results, not platitudes.
