I think he already knows that Christians say "evil" is due to "sin", but let's review what natural selection, randomness, and survival of the fittest views say about "evil" and "suffereing". If we evolved from animals then the same logic can be applied to humans as well in these examples.

Anyone suprised to find out that the Catholic church has it's roots in paganism?? Individual cathoics may be saved, however the church of Rome (Catholic church) is full of paganism- (it's roots) - and atheists have done their homework on the Catholic church!
