Balance and Stability I

One doesn't necessarily gain better balance by standing on one leg or even on a unstable platform. The best way to improve balance is by enhancing joint mobility, increasing power(strength), and enhancing coordination. This simple exercise showcases one of the MILLIONS of ways to improve balance thru motion, not stillness.
