youtube not loading on fedora 12 on any browser.ogv

Trying to turn off Ipv6 to get Firefox and other browsers to behave properly on Fedora 12. Ipv6 is off and firefox and chrome are still not loading pages... only Opera... so why would one browser work and the others not?
