The Troubadour: Working Class Hero, Back Where I Started - John Fiddler + Morgan Fisher

The Troubadour Gallery, London, where Morgan Fisher held his BACKTRACKS & ABSTRACTS photo show during the Mott the Hoople reunion week, October 2009. John Fiddler came by with his guitar and an off-the-cuff performance started. Morgan had never played these songs before, so please forgive the odd fluff (and the bad lighting), but the feeling was really rather good. Morgan couldn't lug a keyboard over from Japan, so he rocked out on his new Hohner 50th anniversary model red-and-black Melodica ...

The Troubadour Gallery, London, was where Morgan Fisher held his BACKTRACKS & ABSTRACTS photo show during the Mott the Hoople reunion week, October 2009. Joe Elliott speaks to Morgan Fisher

Joe Elliott speaks to Morgan Fisher

Joe Elliott (Def Leppard) tells Morgan Fisher (Mott the Hoople keyboard man) exactly what he thinks of him, at an aftershow party following the October 1, 2009 Mott the Hoople reunion concert at London's Hammersmith Apollo. John Fiddler (British Lions, Medicine Head, Box of Frogs) sits and watches; Martin Chambers (The Pretenders, part-time Mott-er, in cowboy hat) gets drinks for the lads at the bar. Unashamedly shot and uploaded by Morgan himself. THANKS JOE!!!

Ford "Make Every Day Exciting" Video by Morgan Fisher

Ford

This ten-second video was one of many used online in 2006 by the Ford Motor Company for their "Make Every Day Exciting" campaign. British musician Morgan Fisher (not his namesake, the renowned avant-garde US film maker) edited it from his old 8mm family films and added a musical soundtrack. This technique of animating human beings is known as pixilation.
