Preparing Thai Noodles in Clear Broth.AVI

After the glocall 2009 conference, the English department of Chiang Mai university treated conference participants to some delicious Thai noodles; in this video, after already enjoying noodles in tom yum goong soup, I order some Thai noodles in clear broth. Chiang Mai is a great place to visit; and Chiang Mai university seems to be an excellent institution in which to work and to study.
