This is a case of vitreomacular traction with epiretinal membrane and macular edema. Posterior vitrectomy was performed (23 g) with detachment of posterior hyaloid membrane and peeling of epiretinal membrane, fluid-air exchange and C3F8 injection. The patient evolved with visual improvement.
