Rifa'i Nasir, a producer from Network Promo ASTRO wanted to produced sumthing different for his promo. I opted to record a song in our Dub Suites. I did the basic rhythm tracks using soccer elements - ball hitting the net as snare. foot stomping on the stand as a kick drum and all sorts of audio parts to make up a decent rhythm track. Then we got Ben Bahar to do the riffing & solo. I love what Ben did on the solo, you could hear it at the end where it became almost alien-sounding.... Here it ...

My first ever job in producing a music montage for ASTRO RIA. I had no confident at first. But thanks to Budiman who convinced me that I had the skills to do one, I went for it. Thanks bro for your support. It turned out really nice for me....and suits Mawi aura & musical genre. This was the first TV show for Mawi after he was 'knighted" Juara AF.
