Metallica - Fade to black cover by Zynade

This is my bands original recording of the song Fade to black set to the muted live version with Cliff burton. To record this, I used: Amp: Roland cube 60 with reverb (and chorus on the clean riffs) Pedals: Line 6 floorpod and Boss Metal core. The drums i used was a Roland HD-1 V drums set. The microphone I used to record the vocals was a bad Singstar Mic plugged into the Computers mic input. I recorded every instrument with a Mini jack audio cable. The bassguitar in this cover is Cliff ...

Fucking around with reverb on guitar

yaya Reverberation is the persistence of sound in a particular space after the original sound is removed.[1] A reverberation, or reverb, is created when a sound is produced in an enclosed space causing a large number of echoes to build up and then slowly decay as the sound is absorbed by the walls and air.[2] This is most noticeable when the sound source stops but the reflections continue, decreasing in amplitude, until they can no longer be heard. In some fields, distortion is desirable, such as electric guitar (where distortion is often induced purposely with the amplifier or an electronic effect to achieve an aggressive sound ...

My bands first song. I won't call it a cover because I made the song :) The early 1970s saw the rise of popular soft rock/pop rock music, with recording artists such as The Carpenters, Elton John, James Taylor, John Denver, The Eagles, America, Chicago, The Doobie Brothers, Paul McCartney and Wings, Bread and Steely Dan as well as the further rise of such popular, influential rhythm and blues (R&B) artists as multi-instrumentalist Stevie Wonder and the popular quintet The Jackson 5. Metallica - The unforgiven guitar cover by vegar j (rythm guitar)

"The Unforgiven" is a single from Metallica's 1991, self-titled album, Metallica. Though one of the slower tracks on the album, its chord progression is distinctly one of the heavier. The song describes a man who never took risks and ultimately regretted it. Drummer Lars Ulrich explained that the band wanted to try something new with the idea of a ballad - instead of the standard melodic verse and heavy chorus (as evidenced on their previous ballads "Fade to Black," "Welcome Home (Sanitarium ...
