I've slowed this one down so you can see more clearly how this cyclist appears from the right, having ignored the no right turn sign at the end of Fairfield Road and almost loses control of the bike joining Bow Road. This all takes place in front of 2 lanes of traffic that are just about to get a green traffic light. Not a smart move.

Bus Driver With Own View Of Highway Code
When I stopped for a chat with this bus driver they explained to me that as a cyclist I had to be in the cycle lane. They went on to explain that when they have to stop at a bus stop, they cannot hang back behind a cyclist. Now the first stop probably wasn't that bad but I had to brake to avoid running into the back of the bus at the second. Aldgate To Ilford Traffic Due To A12 Closed
Traffic was jammed from Aldgate to Ilford. This part of my ride usually takes around 30 mins, tonight it was 50. I've sped it up 4 times and edited it a little to get it down to the 10 min limit for uploading. Below are the traffic reports.
