From time to time over the last four years I have had trouble with knee pain. Particularly when standing for long periods of time. Prior to my diagnosis I had an MRI on my knee which showed some osteoarthritis which, at the time, was put down to overusage of the knee joint (good one - how overused can your knee be at 30?)
