Mandy (age 11) and Katie (age 9) Loebel have come full circle with their hoop dance. They have been hoop dancing for a year now, and return to dance at the event where they performed for the very first time a year ago - the Nebo School District Title VII Native American Storytelling Festival. This latest performance took place on 12 Feb 09.
