Update: Rufus has been adopted! Rufus the kitten is 13 weeks old and is available for adoption in Portland, Oregon. Rufus is deaf (probably since birth), so he will need to be an indoor-only kitty so he is safe from cars and other outdoor hazards. He is very good with friendly dogs and other cats.
