Dublin Clampers
Dublin clampers parked illegally while they are unclamping a car. In Ireland nobody is allowed break the rules unless they are the Gardai (Irish police), Fire brigade, and Ambulances, ie the emergency services. Everybody else is supposed to observe the rules, so why don,t clam;pers park legally and abide by the rules. They seem to think they are allowed break the rules when they want to.
