African Grey Precious MOV00D
She has now laid 3 infertile eggs. She's a little more protective but still lets me clean her cage and put new towels under her eggs. I'm just going to let her incubate until she gives up on them hatching.

African Grey Precious and her egg MOV00B
On occasion throughout their lives in captivity a female bird will lay an egg. Precious laid an egg this last weekend. She lets me clean the cage still and I rearrange her egg and redo her little nest on the bottom daily with clean towels. I thought I'd try letting her incubate the egg until she realizes it's not going to hatch so that she doesn't lay anymore eggs.
