We've all seen them...flaming skulls laughing at us!.( or maybe that's just me!) Anyway, thought I'd have a little fun and create a flaming skull laughing out of pictures and video clips of fire (from Video Copilot's "Action Essentials II" collection) The graphics were composited and animated in After Effects and the sound fx were added later in Sony Vegas pro 9.

Straight editing... no compositing, motion graphics, or visual effects on this one. This day it was raining and was pretty blah. I wasn't really feeling inspired to work on anything, so I opened my front door and set up my camera. Just tried to find as many interesting subjects that I could (confined to my porch) and then arranged the clips together to make this short concept video. Editing, sound fx, and music was done in Sony Vegas pro 9. Very basic...but I like the result.

Another video promo I created for Ronny aka, the PC DOCTOR. If you live anywhere near the Nashville and Murfeesboroand your computer is a bit under the weather...call Ronny up! In this clip I did some compositing with the dark clouds video clip (from Video Copiiot's "Real Clouds") and a pre-keyed clip of rain. The 3D PC DOCTOR logo was created by tracing the logo in Illustrator, then extruded and animated in Zaxwerks proanimator. Sound FX and music was added later in Sony Vegas pro 9....

I love SHARK WEEK! so I decided to put together a fake promo using After Effects, proanimator, and Sony Vegas pro 9. The ocean was created in After Effects with a plug-in called "psunami"...the 3D text was designed in Zaxwerks "proanimator"....and everything was composited in Sony Vegas pro 9. just when you thought it was safe to go back into the water!
