last week we played seattle on our tour with throw me the statue and bishop allen. or rather, we ROCKED. the crowd actually encored us (which is highly unusual for an opening act)! afterwards, we stayed at cole's girlfriend's parents' house. in the car outside, i improv'd some homage to tracy morgan:
back in LA, baby! this time around we're staying at angelina's mansionofsorts! but last summer we stayed at this apartment. it was great, actually, but we had a lot of fun ragging on its poor condition, 20 minutes after i got off the very long plane ride from NY. we did a show at the echo in august while michelle was doing the LA Tap Fest, and tonight we're at the echoplex, again!

this morning greg and cole made an awesome vegetarian lunch at nica's house (cole's girlfriend). brown rice, bok choy, mung beans, veggie sausage, and, of course, michelle's favorite, red peppers. that's when the mood struck me...

hello from montana! we drove 22 hours today and are crashing at carson's parents' house in montana tonight. we started our drive at 1 am this morning, right after our show in omaha last night. michelle and greg got cracked out on trucker pills, but we made it. 2 changes to the itinerary: 1. we've added a house show in nashville on 11/16/09 thanks to oh! ye of little faith, which should be awesome. 2. our LA show on 11/10/09 has been moved from el rey to the echoplex. it will be $8. here ...
