October 18, 2009 update. Almost 21 weeks post op - vertical/gastric sleeve surgery. I am still 1.5 pounds away from 100 lost - the last 4 pounds are taking their time!

Here is a real before-during photo display. I finally got the knack of windows movie maker. Cool! I have lost 96 pounds. I see the difference - but am occasionally dismayed that I needed to lose that much and still more! Thanks to all of my friends and family for support!

Update of nearly 3 months post op gastric sleeve surgery. Down 83 pounds since May 15th (2 week pre-op diet). Surgery was on May 28th. Feeling great! Lots of energy.
