Free squats in belt and knee wraps only: 4x4 all with 474 (last set shown), followed by a triple with 523 (PR). Had Rachael calling depth from the side on all reps, so when she called "up", I would dip and then start up to make sure I got a little below parallel.

Some raw benching from tonight's workout: 4 warmup sets followed by 4x5 with 335, and then 3 board presses with 424 for a triple. The benching was easy, the board presses were a little harder.

Lower accumulation workout: free squats with belt and knee wraps using 451 lbs for 4 sets of 5, followed by a single with 512 lbs (10 sets of free squats total); cambered bar box squats using 352 lbs for 3 sets of 5 (6 sets total), hammer strength shrugs to 540 for 20, and leg raises against 2 choked mini bands.

Lower accumulation workout from tonight: light free squats in briefs and wraps only to 3x3 with 424, deadlifts in belt only to 3x3 with 512, followed by an easy single with 600, and shrugs to 600x12. Working progressively heavier leading up to the meet in March. Everything's still easy.

Shown are my last sets from each exercise: 4 board with 418, db presses with 115's, db extensions with 50's, incline T with 20's, and weighted decline situps with a 25 lb plate. Everything was easy.
