Caibiran hon naglutog lechon sa Vermont
The drive started at around 4am on August 16, 2008 and arrived around 8:30am at the place. The young ones caibiranhon who haven't seen yet how lechon is prepared from a live pig to the roasted one were in high expectations that they could see the preparation from the start...from butchering, scaling, removing the internal organs, etc...Much to their disappointment, the baboy was already in the oven upon arrival. The ever-loyal followers of the saint doing their own celebrations in Jersey City, New Jersey on June 28, 2008(the night Diaz demolished by Pacman). As usual, prayers, foods, and dancing go hand in hand. Thanks for the organizers for hosting the yearly event.
