The Driver II, 2009

An insane, race-against-the-clock driving scene from 1978 Amitabh Bahchan vehicle "Majboor" is re-edited and paired with the Stu Gardner Trio's James-Brown-summoning rendition of "Mighty Good Times", featured in the infamous nightclub scene from John Boorman's classic 1967 neo-noir, "Point Blank". Triptych (I), 2008

UPDATED. These three short sequences opened the 2008 Flarf Festival in New York City. A remixed introduction scene of Olivier's "Henry V" (1939) segues into a 3-way of the original rendition of "Lullaby of Broadway", mixed with WPA-produced art film clips, dialogue from "Geeta Mera Naam" (1974), and homophonic subtitles by Brandon Downing. Final clip is a repurposed string from "Frankenstein vs. Barugon" (1966).
