Wheel Barrel Pt 2 The Attainment

BATL Training at it's best. Core Strength Series. This is my second attempt at wheel barreling a 55cm Stability Ball up the Hoover Dam incline. This is a core function exercise to say the least. It takes tremendous upper body strength, endurance, coordination not to mention confidence and perseverance.
