Day 2 of 120 My Final Race To Goal Challenge

I am going to put my food in another video. cause I wanted to talk about a few things in this one and it went a little longer then I had planned another awesome day today's weight 143lbs 2lbs down since Tuesday. Yay so happy. I am back on track. Exercise plan will be set up on Thursday the 17 of December and I will do another just vlog about that and how it went. Looking forward to day 3 tomorrow. start weight 145lbs first mini goal to be as close to the 130's as possible by the new year I worked out for 1 hour doing weights with a 10 minute warm up on the treadmill plus an hour and a bit doing groceries with 30 minutes to 40 minutes of extra walking my blog: 20togoal.blogspot.com go there for more detailed post and pictures of what I am eating. And for my goals and detailed exercise my actual work out program will start Thursday as I meet with my personal trainer.
