The villain is hit by a car. In the first initial shot of his flying corpse, the car has stopped but in the following shot, the car is still in motion. Also, the time taken inbetween the start and finish of the fall is too long to suggest the corpse was in the air for the entire time.
First, when looked down at, its seen the area below is surrounded by concrete but then later in the same area, its surrounded with grass. Prior to this, the young female, seems to spot the villain while looking in the opposite direction. Both females then slide down near the left edge of the roof but land near the right edge and then hang off the roof from the same position but end up and diffirent ends somehow.
