Like Artie's "Stardust", this cut is just a classic that fits like a glove. LOVE Pee Wee's wheezing accompaniment here. IMO, it was this cut, this session, that really helped establish Hawk as a first rate ballad soloist, 10 years before his "Body and Soul". His tone and approach here are full, rich, and firm, yet silky smooth.
