This is a hair tutorial on how to get celebrity loose curls that can be done with or without hair extensions. I'm using Velvet Remi hair that I have sewed clips on to myself. The color is #2 and is slightly lighter than my own hair. I'm using a Le Angelique curling wand and decided not to use the glove because I cannot feel my hair as much as I would like.
