IRON MAN Armor Costume - Iron Man Helmet Sculpt Detail Added - Ready for prototype Mold
I worked on this ALL DAY. Finally got all the Detail how I wanted it. It's pretty much ready for the Prototype Mold as I like to call it . I Just need to add some more detail to the back of the Helmet I will do a quick mold and cast a rough version of this and sand it down till it's right and add some more detail like screws and what not so the final mold can cast helmets with very little cleaning up

IRON MAN Armor Costume - Iron Man Helmet Sculpt WIP
I've begun the sculpting of my Iron man Helmet. The circles on the sides are templates made of cardboard for the ear pieces. Using cardboard or poster board is a good way to create flat surfaces where its hard to create by hand.

Mighty Morphin Power Rangers - Green Ranger Helmet PAINTED! . (Ready To Remold for Final Cast!)
here is just a sample of what it will look like finished. I couldn't resist painting it even though this isn't the final cast. I had to do alot of bodywork on this helmet so that the final cast will have very little work to do.

Mighty Morphin Power Rangers - Green Ranger Helmet Sculpt work in progress
got a lil green ranger fever while watching some old clips. This was my favorite ranger and I'm sure alot of you agree. so I wanted to make my own helmet rather than spend 300 dollars for one on ebay. I did my best. After I cast in in plastic I will do alot of work on it till I get it right and probably mold it again . enjoy.

Master Chief Mark VI Armor - Torso Complete (Mobility /Structure Test)
Not really complete still need to paint the back in some spots flat black along with the front but its like 95% done other than that. I did setup my quick release buckles for my Torso so that the front and the back join together . Just testing to see if the whole Torso holds together. I wore the helmet just for that added effect :D enjoy and stay tuned for more Vids
