This was quite a surprise when when I walked into Porsche Centre Swindon to view a Carrera GT, the new 2010 Panamera Turbo. I looked around the Panamera from every angle and I think the front end is very sharp and linear like a 911 which looks good but then as you work your way towards the back it gets very bulbous and fat. Here I recored a very rare and exotic car. The British designed and British made Morgan Aeromax. The first thing that takes your breath away is the stunning and retro design. This is my little tribute a great supercar from the finest supercar manufacturer. The Ferrari 430 Scuderia. The 430 Scuderia is a lightened, track-honed and faster more hardcore version of the already blisteringly quick Ferrari F430. This is a simply beautiful Ferrari 365 GTC from the evocative and nostalgic 1960s era. This car was originally finished in white when it left the factory all those decades ago but it underwent a drastic restoration in 1981 at DK Engineering where they re-sprayed the car in this wonderful Argento Nurburgring silver as specified by its owner at the time, Eric Clapton. This is my favourite Aston Martin of all time. I have always loved the squat, aggressive and beauty of the Aston Martin Vantage V8 when it came out in 2005. But it had the looks and style but not the guts. The 4.3L V8 just didn't satisfy the looks. Then last year in 2008 Aston Martin revamped the Vantage with a 4.7L V8 with 400bhp. The Ferrari California is now really starting to flow through now as this is the second I have seen on the streets already. This one is finished in Giallo Modena Yellow with Nero interior and yellow stitching. Arab plated (as most of the supercars in London) it was parked outside The Sheraton Hotel sharing the parking bay with a white mclaren SLR 722 which I dont think you can see in this vid. I take some pictures of it parked and then record it cruising later on in the rain.
