Visit Macy's Union Square in San Francisco for the holidays to give homeless cats and dogs at the San Francisco SPCA a chance to "believe" as they find warm and loving homes. Holiday shoppers can catch a glimpse of some of San Francisco's cutest animals in the Macy's windows at Stockton and O'Farrell Street from November 20, 2009 through January 3, 2010.

Belle was one of five in a litter of pups transferred from a rural county shelter, in hopes of finding homes in our well trafficked adoption center. Soon after her arrival, however, Belle wasnt acting as a normal healthy puppy, and our Shelter Medicine team diagnosed her with distemper, a contagious and often fatal serious illness, which, without immediate treatment, can prove to be fatal. Three of our available puppies (Spice, Victoria and becky) have a romping good time with Addy, the lab puppy (sorry folks - she has a family to call her own - she is owned by a staff member!) Victoria & Becky are the American Bulldogs in blue collars, and Spice is the smaller white dog - we're not sure of her breed make up but she sure is fantastic! Adorable puppies.
