Qi Circles IV

In the last part of this series you will learn 3 more circular Qi Gong exercises. These exercises are particularly effective due to their demanding complexity. Executing a smooth circle with any limb or body part requires all muscles of the respective region to work in perferct unison. Furthermore, it engages the full range of movement of our joints and simultaneously massages the body from within. Try for yourself and feel the Qi gushing in as you practice.
