In this video, this is the 3rd or 4th round of sparring between Sasha and Shahed. After the kick close to the end, Shahed begins bleeding out of his nose.

This took quite a bit of preparation to be honest. For one, strength was of course a factor. But if you pay attention, the break wasn't so much sheer strength as it was both focus and the proper application of weight. Hence the jump. It took quite a lot of time and practice on boards and I do not suggest you try it without at least someone's supervision.
