First of all do the face fix. Foundation powder. Apply black sticky tapes on eyebrowes. Then. Use the "sock" with holes in it to make a texture on skin. Black shadow and liner on eyes. Do the 2 lines. Use blue and green shadow to compete the eye make up. On the right side little flower and texture like left one. Lips? Blue colored with white and black details on top and down.
