It's always prudent to be thankful both before and after. It's always prudent to abstain from judgement, at least for awhile, in order to clean yourself, enough, to delve into the black flame. Now, I admire tremendously, and adhere to, the belief in the primary thing. Magick is not the focus. Shouldn't be the focus. But if it happens, if you go to the place, or it comes to you, then use it. But it is only consequential to the main goal. In this way, I believe in the COBG.
