US Rep. Heath Shuler, a Democrat representing Western North Carolinas 11th Congressional District, voted against a landmark health care reform bill Saturday night. Shuler was one of 39 Democrats to vote against the bill, which won passage 220-215. The day after the vote, Shuler talks about his stance.
