Amityville Kiwanis Presents the Field of Honor
The Amityville Kiwanis Club sponsered a fundraiser to benifit our fighting men and woman. They created a field of honor with over 100 flags that flew for 3 weeks in November 08' during Veteran's week. The flags wer bought by local community residents, organizations and business' and each flag was dedicated in the honor of a past or present veteran. It was a fabulous display that touched many people who passed it.
