CYO Box City Night Summer 2009
The Catholic Youth Organizations (CYO) of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Woodbourne, NY, St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, Forestburgh, NY, and St. Anthony of Padua, Yulan, NY, spent a warm August night in 2009 sleeping in the street in "box cities" in order to know first hand what it is like to be homeless and have to sleep in the street.
