This is a painted fiberglass casting of Lon Chaney Jr. wearing a rare Frankenstein monster headpiece. The 1:1 scale life size casting was made as a preservation technique to capture, and maintain the Frankenstein monsters headpiece before deterioration set in. The headpiece is from Abbott and Costello Meet Frankenstein and was originally sculpted by Chris Mueller Jr. for Glenn Strange to wear.
