Vote No on Prop. 1A
We as CSU students want Grad Caps not Spending Caps! The Governor has called a Special Statewide Election May 19, 2009. The last day to register to vote was May 4, 2009. There are six propositions on the ballot, Prop. 1A-F. Proposition 1A is a proposed constitutional amendment that will permanently affect the CSU by placing spending caps on higher education.
