Sivananda Cookies 2 c oats 1 c whole-wheat flour 1 c brown sugar 1/2 c raw unsalted peanuts 1/3 c raisins 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1 1/2 tsp ginger 1/2 tsp nutmeg 1/2 tsp baking powder pinch salt 1 c water 3/4 c sunflower oil Preheat oven 400F.
