Here's the Co-op delivery lorry yet again. On this occasion parked more closely to the so called pedestrian 'safety' island and forcing traffic approaching from behind to overtake on the wrong side of the road and on the wrong side of the hatched area leading up to the 'safety' island. And this has passed scrutiny of our unitary council Cheshire West and Chester's so called "safety committee"! Have they even bothered to visit the 'completed' roadworks in Hartford village?
