Gates Canyon Park is a wonderful family/kid friend park located at 25801 Thousand Oaks Boulevard in Calabasas (take the Las Virgenes offramp off the 101 and head north. We stopped by the Chumash Indian Museum in the Lang Ranch section of Thousand Oaks today and I took this quick video of the entrance and part of the museum. The kids immediately found interest in the exhibits. I'm embarrassed to say I've lived in Thousand Oaks for 17 years and this was the first time I actually visited the museum.
