On November 11, 2009, Veteran's Day, 165 Jamestown area residents witnessed the presentation of a ceremonial check for $46000000 from the USDA Rural Development Under Secretary Dallas Tonsager and the ND USDA Director, Jasper Schneider to JH board and staff members.
