looks bad?? my video card isn't working or or something.. A: unlike when you bought your computer and it came with the video drivers pre-installed, a fresh copy of 7 has no idea what video card you have and does not have the drivers for them. That means it has to run on your integrated card. Simply go to nvidia.com or ati.com and download the specific drivers for your card. I have a in depth overclocking video showing you how to do this.

I am a user with some site limetations. This is a work machine I code on all day long, it has three monitors, one of which is dedicated to running Windows Magnifier. With nVidia cards the magnifer is fine but with ATI cards running the latest drivers the magnifers contents blink at random, like a texture that is being dumped then redrawn. Once i install any new drivers of my ATI HD 4870 1GB that's not from the CD (the cd drivers are 8months old) he always do this kind of thing and it annoys a lot.
