Parkour-Freerun Training 1
After seeing the results from G4's ANW2 contest, I have a new respect for Parkour/Freeruning, and I've gotten serious about it. Its now part of my normal training routine.

My Entry In The ANW2 Contest
For my entry vid I decided to do something unique. Since just about everybody had already seen all my tons of Ninja Warrior training vids from youtube, I decided it would be a bad idea to just edit those together because people would just think that I was being cheap and to lazy to film new footage. So I decided to film my vid in one take like Bryant P. did last comp, (heck it got him in the top 3 last time) so I thought doing a 1 take was a sure way to impress G4 . Haha, I guess everything in one take is a Bryant thing (My last name is Bryant). Anyway, I set it up to be like an episode of MTV Cribs "Ninja Style". I think I kinda went over the top on comedy though, I was trying to go for the zazz, to seem "tvable" to G4, cuz it seems like thats what they are mainly looking for, according to the complete rules. When I filmed it, it was all imprav da whole way, whatever came to my mind was good enough and came out, lol! What stinks is that the one take turned out to be too long and it...

Levi Meeuwenberg Cliffhanger endurance test
Since the Cliffhanger is the 4th obstacle of stage 3, Levi wanted to see if he could still complete it after doing 3 other taxing upper body obstacles, with only 30 seconds in between (as on Sasuke). So we decided to try Cliffhanger, Salmon Ladder, Rope Climb, and then back to the cliffhanger. This is much harder then the first 3 obstacles of stage 3 which are Arm Rings, Globe Grasp and Devil Steps. A few minutes after I turned the camera off, he even did it 2 more times. If fact, for the 2 days he was here he didn't fail the Cliffhanger once. My Cliffhanger has a 14.5 degree angle on the second board and a gap horizontally of 114 cm by the way (making it harder than the real one). Hopefully he'll get another chance at it....hopefully I will too! heh
